To start a return, please contact us at service@tomahe.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
After confirming your return eligibility, we’ll send instructions and a return label for you to securely package and ship your item to 30 N Gould St #6569 Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Please do not send your item(s) back without receiving return authorization from our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 6-14 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

SIZING

The items are US size, so make sure you have checked the following size chart before buying.

Our t-shirts are print-on-demand products, please fix your t-shirt size before you make a payment. We can not accept a return because of incorrect t-shirt size. We just accept returns for defects or errors on our part (damage, bad printing result,…).

For women, this shirt is a Men’s size tee, you should buy one size smaller than your usual size. Pls refer to the size chart, look at row or column that best corresponds with your measurements and you’ll be able to identify your accurate size.

SHIPPING

We will ship to the shown Address on your PAYPAL Payment, please confirm your shipping address in the PayPal Account before buying.
This is a print on demand product, the standard shipping time is about 3 – 5 business day, however, it usually takes 1-3 business days for handling.
It takes about 3 – 5 business days for delivery for USA order, 5 – 10 business days for delivery for Canada order, and 10 business days or more for worldwide shipment.
We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL etc.
Local pickups options are not provided at this time.
It may take longer for the package to be delivered in Holiday seasons. Deadline for Christmas and New Year Holiday orders is 15th of Dec.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our products and services, please do not leave negative or neutral feedback before giving us an opportunity to resolve the problem first.
If the products are damaged or defective, please feel free to contact us with some pictures of the defective items, we will proceed to send you a replacement asap.
For any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us so we can talk about the options, simply return your order to us and we will either send a replacement or refund your money (excluding shipping fee). Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is “NON REFUNDABLE“.
