All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to any applicable shipping charges.
3. Billing Information

4. Order Confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection system. If we cancel an order, we will notify you by email and provide a refund for any amounts charged.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. The shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. We offer a flat shipping fee of $6.45 for all orders within the United States.
7. Subscription Billing
If you purchase a subscription service from Tomahe, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service.
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error with your billing, please contact us at service@tomahe.com within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, correct any errors. If we do not receive notice of a dispute within 30 days, the charges will be deemed accepted.
9. Refunds and Returns
You have 19 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 6-14 business days. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning item(s).
10. Fraud Prevention
We use various fraud detection systems and procedures to protect against unauthorized transactions. If we suspect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to hold or block your account until the issue is resolved.
