We offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US and we charge a flat shipping rate of $6.45 for all orders.

- You have 19 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s).
- To start a return, please contact us at service@tomahe.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- After confirming your return eligibility, we’ll send instructions and a return label for you to securely package and ship your item to 30 N Gould St #6569 Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Please do not send your item(s) back without receiving return authorization from our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 6-14 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
